Unlimited Plan - Return of old phone

Hi there,

i recently upgrade ( i have an unlimited plan) and have to return my old phone.

The guy i upgraded with over the phone said i would receive a returns box for my old device when my new iPhone arrived but this didn't happen.

I have given it a couple of days to see if one would arrive separately but it hasn't.

How do i return my old device and where do i need to send it to?

Does it need it's original box and accessories, or just the device itself?

@Hofflemonster You can not just return it. When you receive the returns package on there will be unique codes that will apply to you do EE will know who and why they have received that device. You’ll be best of call customer services to chase this up. And you only need to return the device. So take you sim out as you need this.
