Not only have I not got a date but I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB in November. It has showed that this model in graphite has been in stock since I ordered it in November and still shows in stock. EE took two £30 fees from me and each time I contact them they say it’s not in stock. It’s still in stock on web site. They been selling it knowing not in stock n they offered me a 2nd hand one or a 256 then 128 ones all at same cost as the 512Gb 12 pro Max iPhone.

they are doing this to hundreds of thousands of us and keeping our money. Most will agree to the worse phone and still pay for the512gb one.

this is disgusting. When I contact them they hang up after I refuse to take a 2nd hand phone or a phone worth a quarter of the one they are contractually bound to give me.

Can you confirm the phone you ordered is the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB in Graphite?

If this is correct, I can see the website has been updated and the device shows as available to order and we will deliver once we receive stock from our supplier.

We are fulfilling all orders on a first come first serve basis and as soon as we have an update regarding your order we will be in touch.
