Order Could not be processed email

I recently put in an order to upgrade my phone to the Samsung Ultra 256GB in the black, paid the fees etc and got a confirmation email (knowing the phone doesn't come out for a while).

Just now I have received an email saying my order could not be processed but payment hasn't been taken. It's a completely plain text email as if someone has typed it out with no links/picures/headers etc. It looks like a scam email, but the timing and lack of links makes me think it's legitimate, but I would have no idea why?
