Where is my order?

I ordered an iPhone 11 64G in purple on the 31st of November but have not received any information as to when the phone will be delivered. It is now January and I am still waiting on my phone which is disappointing as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have tried the order tracker and contacted the EE team but they both give no information. Please help.

@emmaaahd You need to speak with customer services about this as you should of had this by now.
