This will override your online order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the order gets stuck in the system and I didn't want to miss the first batch of devices when they're shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think EE take the £100 upfront payment until the order has been processed. If the money hasn't been taken from your account I would take that as confirmation your order has not yet been processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that EE has likely received large volumes of preorders so may take a while to get through them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To sum up - Your online order is probably fine and will be processed any day now. If you want peace of mind give them a call and order it over the phone. I was given an order number via text as soon as the call was over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have pre-ordered the new S21 Ultra and upgraded ( trade in anytime ) on my current plan, i see confirmation email and order number, but i have not been charged for the upfront cost yet. Has the order been confirmed? Or will i be charged once it is out for delivery?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had this before, whre online EE upgrade orders didnt work, and i had to call up the EE team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
