Order Returned to EE, not been given any info

Hello,

I recently recieved an offer to upgrade my phone so I upgraded to an iphone 12. I wasn’t able to sign for it and therefore it was sent back to EE.

ive been given no information on what to do as it has upgraded my data allowance and plan but I don't have my phone.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Once your phone has been scanned into the warehouse you should receive a text message to your contact number.

When was the phone returned?

It is still in the process of getting returned as it is the weekend however I’ve seen related topics saying that you needn’t to reupgrade so wanted to clear it up.
