      <title>Upgraded Order Being Processed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I completed an early upgrade online. Received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The upgrade fee hasn’t been taken and I’ve had nothing further. The phone is in stock and available for next day delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order number also brings up an error message on the online tracker.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t call customer services as I’ve lost my voice due to Covid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
