No Order Delivery Date

I have ordered the Apple Watch Series 6 44mm Aluminium Case and have recieved an order confirmation with an order number (which is 12 characters and i thought they were usually 10?) but have had no further information on when my delivery is due etc.

Is there a delay because of the current situation in the world? how can i check the order has definitely gone through when calling 150 doesn't provide options to check deliveries and the tracker says it can't provide any information?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've checked and that model is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 working day. It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to make sure everything is OK with your order.

I called the Mobile Care team and it looks like the order may not have gone through properly so they did it over the phone.

Strange that I got the order confirmation but must have just been bad timing or something.

This is resolved now thanks.

I have had the same issue. I ordered the Apple Watch series 6 in rose gold and I have had a confirmation email but no further emails since, I placed the order at 9am yesterday.

It didn't give me an option- I just added it to my cart and pressed confirm order and then it came up as an email to say it had been ordered

I would recommend calling 150, as soon as an agent is available they will be with you.
