Awaiting confirmation email

Ordered my iPhone upgrade today (12 Pro Plus in pacific blue) but I haven’t received a confirmation email or text since ordering via phone call with digital sales team?

just wondering if I can get some help with finding out the order number?

the same thing happened to me and i had to call them (the man i was on the phone to sidnt end up ordering the phone for me). look for the order number on the myEE app. go to “what’s new” then “track your order” if that doesn’t work, call them again to confirm.

@Tameee Yeah I ended up ringing them as the tracking option wasn’t visible anymore on my EE app, but the guy I spoke to confirmed my order number for me to use with DPD.
