Phone not arrived

I ordered a phone online. I got a note on the web site telling me to call. I clarified the order in the call. During a phone call I was told my phone would arrive on Weds 13th. I have a confirmation email for the purchase (account xxxxxxxxx). It did not arrive and I can find no documents on my EE.

It depends what phone it was. I upgraded on Monday, told the phone would be delivered on Tuesday. Never arrived got told would arrive Wednesday never arrived, it’s now apparently arriving today (Thursday)

id give customer services for what use they are a call in the morning. They open at 8am.
