Order help

I did 2 early upgrades yesterday ordering the ipad air 64gb and iPhone se 64gb

I had emails confirming the orders (don't have emails to hand with order numbers) and have heard nothing since

When I ordered it said both were in stock.

What is going on??

The iPhone SE is in stock, I've just checked that. Which iPad Air did you choose? Which memory size and colour?

Ipad air 10.9 inch space grey. 64gb.

It said in stock when i placed the order

I've got that version down as 'low stock', so your order should have been fine. Have you still not heard anything from DPD?

As I said in my post i have heard nothing from anyone since getting the email confirmation of my order!

I was just checking because that post was from yesterday, @Sisterrose18.

It may be worth speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your order and make sure everything is OK with it.

They may be able to give you a tracking number for DPD too.
