Order not here

I’ve ordered an Apple Watch series 6 44mm 3 days ago for my boyfriends birthday, and I was hoping it would be here but now (ready for his birthday tomorrow) but it isn’t. I haven’t had any confirmation email other than as soon as I ordered the watch I got an email to say “orders on its way”, but nothing since to follow up despatch. What can I do? Every time I call I can’t get through.

Have you tried using our online order tracker?

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

Hi. Yes I have used the tracker but nothing shows up. Is there any way you can check and see if my order has gone through so I know that it will be coming?
