I had the same issue so I phoned to cancel my order...to be told it was already cancelled! I'd phone up the customer care support just to be sure, guy on the phone with me was just as confused!

There is a backlog of Apple order across all networks.

Apple website states for that variant at the moment between 28/01/21 and 03/02/21
