Regarding iPhone 12 pro graphite

Hello,

I went into Stratford store on the 19th December and done my upgrade. I was told that my phone would take approx 3 weeks to be delivered to the shop. I then got tracking info which said for expected delivery date between 11th-16th jan to my home address. now when I check the status it says awaiting confirmation? Does this mean there is a delay? I’ve not been informed of this.
