Phone hasnt arrived

Anyone else having problems with their orders? Problem after problem I finally again ordered the new 5g sumsung s20 which they cheekily charged me £6.98 for next day delivery which should have arrived today. I've had no dpd text to say it's on way and my order number surprisingly wont track it. I wasnt charged next day delivery with the contract they got wrong which was due to arrive today anyway but to charge me now and it still hasnt arrive is becoming a bit of a joke!
