Nintendo switch not received

New contract signed up to ( husband's phone) on 28th November. Main reason was the Nintendo switch promo and was going to gift to daughter for Christmas. Was not sent and still not been sent. Why the delay. Been a customer for years ( previously Orange) and dismayed that this smacks of incentives that don't materialise to secure long term contracts.

Pretty sure you had to claim for the Nintendo. Did you receive a text?

Was told it would be sent in around 3 weeks, no mention of claiming. Husband has called to flag and they are looking into although suggested it's likely it wasn't sent and they may be all gone!
