    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if someone can help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone on the 7th January 2021, this was an early upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The phone ordered is a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G in the colour Bronze.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It stated on EE website it was in stock and would be dispatched within 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a confirmation order email but am still yet to receive any updates from EE or DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I am unable to track my order number &lt;FONT size="2"&gt;[mod edit: please do not post &lt;FONT size="3"&gt;personal&lt;/FONT&gt; information such as phone numbers or track numbers on the public board. Thanks!]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried to get through to the call centre and using online chats but given the circumstances (covid) I cannot get through as lines are so busy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your order is due for delivery you will receive a text from DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for tracking your order on EE, then try again Sunday after 9am, if it still doesn't work then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
