    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello could I please have Some help from a member of the team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my plan 2 days ago to a new plan and phone. I received a confirmation email but when I log in to my EE it still shows my old plan and is still offering me the option to upgrade. I have had no delivery updates even though I understood the new phone would be despatched within 24hrs (I don’t mind about this but just adds to my thinking that all is not right...)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to check everything has gone through properly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jessica&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which model phone did you order?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Could you also let me know the colour and size?&lt;/P&gt;
