iPhone 12 Pro Delivery Date

Hi, I ordered a Graphite iPhone 12 pro 256gb on Saturday 24th and I haven’t had an estimated delivery date from anyone, does anyone have an idea of when these will be in stock/sent out?

Hi,

I'm in the same boat, I ordered on the 24th, still nothing.

I spoke to someone on Twitter from EE who is still waiting for his, they have said that due to the high volume of orders, they're basically out of stock and waiting for more to come in from Apple.

I read somewhere else that this can be roughly 2 weeks...

I ordered 20th October and I got the estimated date for 2nd-7th November. It’s taking a two almost 3weeks. They said maybe I am able to get it before the estimated date but I don’t think so. By the way I ordered iPhone 12 pro 256gb Gold

It's a joke, they shouldn't still be taking orders and payments if they are too busy to get orders out, and especially not if they have no stock.

Yeah, I’ve seen similar in other places,

Apple releases are always such a mess,

Wouldn’t be that bad but it’s so annoying that they can’t give you an estimated date

I just spoke to someone on their live chat, he has said that they are really busy etc.

Told me that my order has been place and guaranteed that it will be delivered within 7 days, but I don't think that is true at all. He then took £15 off my bill and gave me a tracking number / order number to track. Tried using the tracking number, turns out it is none existant. So I have no idea.

Guess we just have to wait

The estimate dispatch timescale when you ordered was up to 14 days.

Hi I order the 12 pro 256gb pacific blue on the 25th Oct was told up to 14 days is this still the same as on your website if I order now it’s 21 to 28 days for certain models does this mean my order will change or does it still stay at 14 days

Ordered mine today, was told on the phone that because it’s busy it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery but likely I will get it sooner, not getting my hopes up though.

I ordered mine on the same date and today got a text that says estimated delivery is between the 6th and 10th November. You may have the same if you hit the link in your original confirmation text or email.☺️

Good luck with getting yours anywhere near where you are being told. I ordered mine on 17th October and told to expect delivery on launch day on 23rd. Still waiting, had 4 different expected dates and back to awaiting confirmation again this morning despite having made a formal complaint. I’ve never experienced such a poor service. This is likely to be my last contract with EE

I honestly don't blame you. I was on a chat with someone last week and he told me I have a £15 discount on my bill, which I don't. I got a text from what seemed to be a fake EE number saying I had this discount.

He then told me it is 100% going to be delivered within 7 days, and then gave me a tracking number. This tracking number does not work and doesn't seem to even exist.

All very strange. I have heard nothing other than the first email saying thank you for your order.

If is just for new orders then how is possible that when I ordered my one on 20th of October they said it’s will take 2weeks. Today is the 14th days and when I checked it’s showing awaiting confirmation. I call them they said is 21days already after I spoke with someone in live chat and they said already 28days. Sorry but is really disappointing that I have to wait almost 1month. And it’s still they can’t give any sure information.

At this point it isn't even exciting anymore to be getting a 'new' phone. It will be a month old by time we get our phones.
