No email for Apple Watch

I was contacted yesterday about the January sale, and decided I’d add on an Apple Watch to my plan. So I clicked some buttons on the contract and took screenshots of it. However I never received an email regarding it? The woman said it would be here today and as I live in NI I knew it would most likely be tomorrow, but now I’m worrying as I haven’t received anything else regarding it? I’m almost positive it wasn’t a scam, but I’m very confused 😞

01844 398609, They called a couple of times so I googled it to make sure it was EE before I answered and it was them

I'd give EE a call to see whats happening with the order.
