Pixel 5 Delivery – No free headphones

Hello,

I pre-ordered a Pixel 5 which arrived today. However the Bose headphones that were included for free were not in the package.

Will they arrive separately? I haven't heard from EE or DPD that they will.

I'm the same. I was told you have to Redeem them from Google but haven't received any information on how to redeem them!

Right so i've looked into it. And I think you redeem through the google website - i'm not too sure if EE help in prompting you there or not. Here's some more info https://pixel-offers.com/bose/en-GB/support

To claim your gift, visit the claim portal from 14 days after your purchase and complete the claim form including your proof of purchase and an image of the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus.

Claims must be made within the claim period which is 14 – 45 days from the date of your purchase.

I ordered on the 14th October. I (finally) received my phone today. Above it says you need to wait 14 days from ordering, when you go to claim it says "You have waited 14 days from receiving your Pixel 5 or Pixel 4a 5G before starting this claim".

Which is it please? 14 days from order, or 14 days from receiving? I don't want to apply, get declined and make the process difficult!

It said you'd have to redeem them after 14 days and had another 45 to do so. Once redeem and verified they should be with you within 14 days a maximum of 60.

I'm still waiting for mine and I'm not far off 60 days. Ordered my phone on the 6th or 7th of October

Hi, just so people are aware, I submitted my claim on 28th October and still haven't received the headphones yet. I've been in contact with the claim provider which isn't actually Google even though the claim portal was plastered in Google logos. They've advised that there was an issue with the validation system so some people may have received a validation email within a few hours of submitting the claim but it wasn't validated properly. They contacted me on the 8th Dec to resubmit the details which I did and they are now saying that fulfilment could be up to 60 days from that date. So potentially I won't get them until 7th Feb, nearly 4 months after ordering the phone!
