I ordered a ps4 for my son but still not recieved any info ...I did complain and they assured me it would happen just out of stock. I ordered it for plenty of time for Xmas now I've ran out of money im tied to this installment in which the money is added on a monthly basis ...please help desperate dad and EE user

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received it. If you would like to cancel the order, I'm sure our Mobile Care team would be able to sort that out for you.

Otherwise, it sounds from what they've said that it will be delivered when the stock comes in.
