Still not received free gifts 3 months xboxpass and controller

I signed up to samsung s20 fe at the beginning of october.

I chose this phone as it come with free gifts.

I chose 3 months xbox ultimate pass and the controller.

I am still waiting for these items and i am wondering what is going on and of they are ever going to come as it has been way longer than it stated for delivery.

Can someone please help?

Hi, yes i did all of that copied my proof of purchase and everything else that was needed to process it.

i got my s20 fe on 6th october and filled it in the same day.

I would recommend contacting Samsung regarding this who can chase your claim.

I have emailed samsung a few times over roughly the past week and i haven't received 1 reply or even one of those acknowledgement emails. I'm not sure what to try next.
