Iphone 11 upgrade order

Hi there

I ordered an upgrade on my contract for an iphone 11 and have not received any communication to say it has been dispatched and/or when delivery will be. Order status either says awaiting conformation or unable to track this order type depending on device. Was told order should be delivered today when ordering via chat.
