Duplicate phone

Hello all.
I ordered a new phone for the wife a couple of weeks ago. So basically the phone showed up very happy with it all. But then a few days later a duplicate phone showed up. Checking my bank I haven’t paid for this 2nd phone.

now thinking I should return the 2nd phone I phoned ee (took almost 1 hour) and arranged to return the phone, and that we would send me out a label.
I’m still waiting on the label.....

now I’m not to bothered having the phone round the house. Waiting for a label.
so how long is it before the phone becomes mine?

recieved the phone the delivered around the 16th of December.
It’s a I phone Xr
