Hi everyone,

I upgraded my plan and phone this past month and paid a delivery fee over the phone but upon checking my bill I’ve been charged for delivery again. Why is this? Do I need to contact customer service to have it rectified? There is no credit line on my bill either for the charge.

Thanks!

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have a minus figure showing before the delivery charge?

If not, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team they can help you get this looked into 🙂

Thanks.
