Ordered a iPhone 12 pro on 27/11 but no updates

It said dispatch within 28 days, however I’ve had no update as to when to expect it and I’m worried it won’t be here til after Christmas. On my order page it says in stock order confirmed but just no updates. Anyone know when I should expect it?

I completely understand your concern.

Your phone should arrive within the timescale provided at the point of sale.

As soon as your order begins to progress and an update is available you will be notified.

I’m getting close to my 28 days and still no sign of the item. Should I assume

it won’t be here for Christmas? Will I be compensated for it not being here within the agreed 28 days?

Ordered mine on 21st November and it finally arrived this morning (all together that was 31 days) so hopefully yours should be with you soon!!

Have you checked our online order tracker to see if there have been any updates?

DPD will send you a text when it is ready to be delivered.
