iPhone 12 pro Max not delivered

Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB in Gold on the 8th December and was told it would be delivered on the 9th of December. I have not had any further correspondence from EE nor have I had anything from DPD. I cannot track the order, and I am annoyed as I paid the early upgrade fee of £78 to receive the phone on that date, I may as well have waited and paid much less, or nothing!

When can I expect this order?!

Our current estimate for new orders of this device is to expect dispatch within 7 days and at the time you ordered the guidance should have been to expect delivery within 14 days. So you should hear about your order soon.
