Hi I ordered an upgrade nearly a month ago now and I know there have been problems with people getting their upgrades late n stuff but is there an estimate as to how much longer I am going to have to wait for my new phone??

I ordered the IPhone 12 Pro, 128GB and in Gold. As I said I know there have been delays with upgrade orders but if there is a rough estimate as to how much longer I will have to wait that would be great.

I don't have a rough estimate. We're working with Apple to try and get it with you as soon as possible.

They'll be sent out in the order in which the orders were ordered.
