Where’s my iPhone 12 pro?

Hi, I ordered an upgrade - iPhone 12 pro 128gb in blue from the Cheltenham EE shop on 04/12/20 and was told it may take up to 14 days to receive. I still haven’t heard anything and can’t seem to track my order online. When can I expect to receive my phone pls?

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 28 days.

You'll receive a text when your phone is ready for collection.

Thank you. I wish I had been told that when I placed my order instead of 14days - at least I would have known!

Has any of the iPhone 12 pro’s arrived in stock and been sent out for delivery as yet?

Wasn’t ideal not being informed that the handset was actually out of stock 🙄

It was the pacific blue 128gb, I ordered it on the 7th December and was told it can take up to the 3rd January but I’m seeing people saying they have been waiting 5-6 weeks?

The delivery guidance for when you placed your order was expected dispatch within 28 days.

You will receive a text or email from DPD when your iPhone has been dispatched.

I ordered mine as an upgrade on the 19th November and I'm still waiting too!! 😭 not been given an update or anything but so frustrating as I'm gonna have a very upset boy in 4 days time

Its the iPhone 12 pro in blue.

Yes I've tracked it and still shows awaiting delivery
