Hi, how can I check if my free tv is on its way. I've waited the 15 to 25 day from purchase but have had no correspondence

Welcome to the never ending list of people in the same boat.

Basically, to my knowledge the process is this:-

Receive an SMS within 5 days of purchase to confirm eligibility for the TV
within 15-25 days receive another SMS to confirm that your TV is being processed
SMS from DPD to confirm delivery

Have you received any of these? If not get onto CS asap to chase it up

@Geraldine4 get onto CS asap, ask them to check the account notes specifically within the 5 days from when you took the phone out for a system triggered message that confirms your eligibility. If they find one, then fine you'll get your TV eventually. If not there's something wrong somewhere that needs chasing up.
