iPhone 12 Pro delivery

How long in an estimate will I be waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro. I got it in pacific blue 128Gb.

I ordered it on saturday last week and it still says awaiting confirmation or the despatch date and arrival section.

@miyizhkajones If it says waiting confirmation you need to call customer services about that. And if you look online it’s does say usually dispatch within 14 days. But you need to call about the waiting confirmation.

Same here.I ordered 256gb Iphone 12 pro on 22nd octobet and still it says awaiting confirmation

I’m hoping it doesn’t take too long, especially not having an estimated date or anything on it, i’m easily paranoid and get worried that i won’t receive my phone haha. Would be helpful to know when they’re expecting stock so we know it won’t be long until we receive the products 🙂

I can’t get through to customer services for some reason :).

It says awaiting confirmation, so as soon as they get stock and etc after people who ordered before me receive their phones, will it change from awaiting to a date?

@miyizhkajones You have to speak with customer services as a waiting confirmation means they need confirmation from you about the order. Your order will not be processed until confirmation has been made.

Yes very right.I popped in EE local store here in London and they said
"your order is confirmed and on average its taking between 12 to 14 days
for delivery"

It’s already confirmed though because I’ve paid for the deposit and everything and have an order number, there just isn’t a confirmation saying it’s been dispatched 🙂

I ordered an iPhone 12 pro in pacific blue 128gb on the 20th. I ordered it over the phone. My expected delivery was 30th - 1st. However I had confirmation yesterday that it has been dispatched and I could book a time slot for it to be delivered today. Tracker says it’s on route to be delivered between 10 and 11am today. Fingers crossed it does arrive! Hope that helps a little 🙂
