iPhone 12 pro waiting for dispatch

I ordered my new iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks a go. I was told it will be with me within 14 days. I’m now on the 13th day of waiting and am yet to Receive a dispatch time. Will I get my phone on time or not?

Have you tried tracking your order using our online order tracker?

DPD will send you a text when your order is out for delivery.

Of course I’ve used the tracker. I was told that I’d get my phone within 14 days which is looking highly unlikely.

If the tracker isn't giving you any up to date information, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can look into your account.

This article, published on Nov 9, best explains the delay on iPhone 12 Pro deliveries.

Other 12 models will probably be affected by this too, though the model/colour choice will likely affect supply levels/delivery times, IMHO.

Think we'll be in for a long wait and having just spoken to O2, it's the same story there.

Today is the 14th day where i’m supposed to be receiving my phone, i have not got any information or updates about my tracking number no nothing. Am i supposed to call up or am i just supposed to sit here and wait ??

I ordered my 12 pro 4 weeks ago today and still waiting on it being sent. Been given the run around by customer services so many times it’s untrue. Form being told they had a delivery of 280 phones last week and 109 people were ahead of me so I should get the phone. Nope that never happened

im beginning to think this is a lost cause and I’d be quicker paying off my contract and reading in my phone to Apple and getting it that way as their delivery time is quicker than EE

I’m in the same boat. I contacted EE and was told that it was a 14 working day wait for the phone due to Apple not having the stock. However, my partner ordered the exact same phone from Vodaphone a week AFTER I ordered mine from EE and she revived her phone 3 days after she ordered it...

I was told they get two deliveries a week. Must be two phones a week the way it’s going. I know other networks have them in stock as people have gotten the phones much quicker

I have just received my pro max today, I ordered mine on the 19th, I didn’t have any updates apart from one day I had to call Ee for a reason even they didn’t know about. I had no update info for this phone, I just looked on dpd app and it told me my phone was an hour away. Hope you get yours sorted soon

I was told the iPhone 12 pro in blue and silver is the ones they are having trouble getting . I was also told ee are the biggest phone supplier so have priority deliveries over other mobile suppliers . Still dosent excuse how they can’t be honest and say

I have also been waiting 4 weeks now for iphone 12 pro in silver. Each time I speak to EE they either say it will be within a few days, or that I just have to wait around for it to be delivered. Still nothing, and no contact from them at all. Starting to lose my patience!

Same information I get told. I have had to call them twice a week to get them to stop trying to charge me for not reading my phone in which I can’t do until I get the new phone. Happy to take my money but not supply the phone and just given the run around depending on who I speak to.

Why keep taking orders if they can’t fulfil them in the time they say they will when orders are placed

i fon't have a clue what that means bir when i call them last week i have been told from the day i ordered i was in a 4 weeks waiting frame...and today i get updated my order is on track.lol

Ordered on 21st Nov

iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue 128GB

Was told 2 weeks although could be up to 4. I’ve received weekly texts with a link to tracking which recently said expect despatch between 16th - 19th December.

On 16th it reverted back to awaiting confirmation.

I have today received a text saying there is a delay to my order due to supplier issues with another link. When I try to click the link to track my order it says sorry we are unable to track your order.

No idea when my order should arrive which is becoming evermore frustrating
