Was promised the switch...still nothing, no text, no info. Called ee 3 times... one member of staff said it would be with me the next day.... 2 said it would be with me 14-25 days...... Its 25 days on tue. I am not happy what so ever. The communication is shocking (to say your a communication company also) YES i am on the right plan, i have checked 4 times! I want some truth as to what is going on here...... I assume i arnt getting this switch.
