No nintendot switch

Hi guys after some help/advice, I upgraded my phone last month with an offer that included a Nintendo switch. Once I placed the order I heard nothing about the switch, I tryed to speak to someone over the phone with no luck so I used the online chat they assured me that it would come with the phone . My phone came with no Nintendo, nothing to tell me what to do to claim my gift ethier. I used the chat again and a different person told me that after 14 days I would get a text come through to claim my offer but after 18 days nothing came through. I then spoke to another person and they said that my Nintendo switch should arrive between 15-20 days after my phone, now been over 20 days and still nothing about my switch any help?

I'm the same iv not even had a text and every one from we k have spoken to have told me different things one said should come with the phone one said I would get a text and the person I spoke to said It would come in a few days that was a week ago

Welcome to the community.

Eligible customers should receive a text message 2-5 days after receiving the phone telling them that the Nintendo Switch will be delivered 15-25 days after ordering.

Did the Mobile Care team confirm that you are eligible?

Yes I have been told I will receive my gift. I have been told so many different things by EE on how to claim my gift, I have screenshots of some of these conversations to prove my point. This is becoming a bit of a joke. I took out this contract so I would have this gift. I'm not bothered about having it for Christmas time but it's strange there is no mention of it on the order when I upgraded and nothing when my device turned up. I've been told I will receive a link to claim my gift and nothing has come through at all. Normally have no issues with EE but this is starting to change my mind on the network.

Hi. My phone came around the 26. Of last month about 3 days after I ordered the phone with the free switch and got told it would come with the phone then told I would get a text message after 14 days then told agin it would be witch me with in 20 days of when I placed the order but still no news

I am in the same boat! It appears we have been conned big time, and thet think we have no leg to stand on... If you look there are no details re the free switch on the site now, and cant find it anywhere..... So they have false advertised and left us with a phone we didnt want!!!!!!!!!! Liars

Very disappoining, I've got loads of screenshots to prove the advertisement of this offer and my conversations with EE trying to sort this situation out. If this isn't sorted soon I will be contacting trading standards as this is false advertisement.

Ive just been back on the phone to cs for the 4th time. Apparently she has sent something off to the company who send them out, and i should get a ca tonight to advise me what is going on... I am not holding my breath!!!i said i want to cancel everything if it doesnt arrive by tuesday... But she said because its a gift i dont have the rights to terminate my contract... They have us big time!!!!!!
