Delivery to store

I ordered a phone today,

I'm an existing customer and have chosen the delivery address as my local EE store, however, there was no "click and collect" kind of option, so I just manually entered the address of the store.

Is this how it's done, or will the the store not take it from the driver when done this way?

You need to select the collect in store option to arrange delivery to your local store.
