Free LG 43"TV with Google Pixel 4A

Hi,

I ordered the Pixel 4a with LG 43" TV deal on the 28th November, but still haven't received any sort of communication regarding the TV.

I received the Phone OK, but I was expecting at least a text message or email saying the TV would be on its way.

Still nothing. This is really poor from EE.

Can someone let me know what is happening please.
