Hi I ordered the iPad Air 3 on a back order on Saturday I was just wondering if anyone knows how long is usually takes to get delivered to my house because of the virus.

Was a timescale provided at point of sale?

I ordered it over the phone they just said they would text when it’s on it’s way

As soon as we receive stock from the supplier and you have been allocated a device you will be notified.

When ordering my iphone 12 yesterday, i was told it was in stock so i payed for next day delivery. However when clicking on the tracking number the current progress still says “Your back-order is now confirmed” with no progress as to wether it’s been dispatched or not?

Can you help?

Hi,

The model is: iPhone 12 5G 64GB Black.

I was also told this was in stock and will be delivered today. But the tracking just says Back order confirmed.

Hi, since ordering my phone 2 days ago, i have received a confirmation email however it doesn’t have a tracking number on the email.

I originally ordered my phone on Saturday, then was told it wasn’t processed so ordered again on Monday, then on Tuesday was told the black iphone 12 was on back order, So on Tuesday i was told the Blue iphone 12 was available and i will get it delivered today (Thursday 17th) However haven’t received any tracking details?

Is the Iphone 12 in Blue actually available?

And will it still be delivered today as yesterday on Live chat i was also told it will be delivered today?

Yet still no tracking details?

You will receive a text or email from DPD when your iPhone has been dispatched to let you know when this will be delivered.

I ordered the 64GB Iphone 12 in Blue..

I was told delivery will be today and have had to book the day off work to be gone for delivery!

The iPhone 12 64GB in Blue is showing as in stock and expected dispatch within 1 day.

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if you have any deliveries scheduled?
