I've been waiting since the 1st Dec, not as long as most people but very frustrating. I seen a few threads where people have cancelled their order and gone for an older model, tempted to do the same.

I was told id have the phone within 28 days, but judging by other threads I can't see this happening. I understand the main issue lies with apple, but surly EE shouldn't be quoting everyone 28 days if this demand cannot be met. If I was told an exact date for example Jan 14th I'd happily wait till then, its the not knowing thats getting to me the most

@Tammy1707 , @RL__15 , Have either of you rang customer service to find out when you are likely to receive your orders? Here in the community, we have no way of knowing, and yes, it is down to Apple how many they send out. From what I have read, there has been a higher demand on the new phones than Apple had expected, and the pandemic has obviously not helped matters either.

I would suggest you wait for the phone, I have the pro max, and it is great.
