    <description>&lt;P&gt;I appreciate your reply, you’ll be delighted to know that they actually did call me and scheduled a time for it to take place. Apparently if they cut you off halfway through a call they are meant to call you back although I suspect it doesn’t happen very often&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having committed to an upgrade online I’ve been asked to call to confirm my order. A 25 minute wait and when I do get through I’m cut off by the operator. I don’t know call me back they have my number they know I’ve called. They want to keep me as a customer but they don’t wanna look after me. Why should I just go to another network they will welcome me with open arms&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one is going to call you back so you are just going to need to call again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes any competitor will welcome you with open arms but you'll have the same issue calling them with less staff working due to regulations on social distancing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
