No dispatch email

Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 12 10 days ago and I’ve still not received a dispatch email? Can anyone tell me why this is.

I'm the same, ordered 6 days ago. I've track the order but it says it can't be tracked but there it says there are no delays to orders. I asked on the online chat but told I have to phone. Can't get through on the phone.

They've taken my deposit though!

Me too! I paid £250 for an early upgrade so I won’t be letting this go till I find out where it is

I ordered mine 23rd November and got the usual order confirmation but nothing else. Online chat with EE and told they had stock and should be getting delivery soon. This was last Wednesday as I have the transcript and told what looks like a complete pack of lies. Maybe the "Representative" should be sacked, named and shamed or both.

I have just tried the track my order and site is currently not working - probably overloaded by 100's of unhappy loyal customers trying to upgrade. Certainly not the company portrayed on TV.

I don't see how the one I've ordered can be out of stock as it's as 'Good as new' S20. I really need it asap as my current phone is unreliable putting me in dangerous situations due to my working hours.

If I could get through to them I'd cancel the other and choose another phone or go elsewhere.

Same for me. I only got email that phone been ordered and that it will be delivered next day. Since then no email from ee or delivery company.

You should check your bank balance. I had a similar problem with my broadband provider.

I ordered a mobile with them, I received an email to say that my order was successful, they took the money from my bank account.

I did not receive a dispatch email and I paid for next day delivery. I kept checking the order number, and then it disapeared.

I phoned them up to find that the order was not accepted, and it took about three days before the money they took to hit my bank account again.

I would make 100% sure that your order was 100% successful. It could be accepted but low or no stock, which you are in within your rights to have a refund, but do check your bank to see if it has been refunded and chase it up.

I didn’t pay anything. It was upgrade. Also I specifically chose the phone
what’s in stock. Because person offered me those two options

So update for mine. I finally got through on the phone after 20 mins of hold music. Apparently something happened in the system, my order was created but the system didn't go any further than that. The lovely adviser put me on hold while he built the order and I now have an email with delivery details so should get it tomo or Wed by DPD.

Hopefully I will and good luck to everyone else.
