I got an order number to track with DPD said it should be delivered today but they haven't got it

Same here. I had an email from EE saying it would be delivered today, Mon 14 Dec by DPD.

DPD app says active parcel but they haven't received it from EE yet.

Can EE please advise when DPD will get the parcels please?

Exactly the same spoke with ee advised me 72 hours now as they investigate as high priority

I've had the same issue all day & was due to be delivered today.

DPD App has just updated and now saying my parcel is on it's way to my local depot and will now be delivered tomorrow - So check DPD app if you can.
