Hi,

I ordered a phone nearly two weeks ago now. It said I would receive it Thursday passed. I have not had a update about delivery and it is not allowing me to track my order.

How will I know when my phone is coming?

If you are unable to use the online order tracker.

I would recommend calling customer services on 150 they will be able to check the status of your order for you.
