iPhone 12 mini hasn’t arrived

I ordered the iPhone 12 mini today and chose for it to be delivered by Enjoy with a time slot of 2-4 pm today. I haven’t received a text, email or phone call as promised and it is now after 4pm and my order hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to call ee but keep getting cut off. I’m not sure what to do
