I placed an order for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb in gold yesterday via the upgrades team and I was assured that my phone would be delivered the next day.
still haven’t received a text from DPD

i cant see u getting it today as it hasnt been in stock for a bit its saying 14 days till its in stock they said that to me aswell when i ordered the graphite version order went through phoned next day out of stock changed it to silver and its coming today so i would give them a phone or live chat to see what the situation is

I’ve had the same problem!! Swapped the 12 pro for the pro max, it said next day delivery but I haven’t received any updates..

@Kellmic I ended up giving them a call and they said that dispatch could take up to 14 days (don’t know what changed, I even checked online and it says it’s in stock so I don’t know what’s going on there) but this doesn’t necessarily mean it will take that long. But if I knew this I wouldn’t have upgraded in the first place. I guess all we can do is wait unfortunately 😞

Yeah I’d rather they had told me that from the start..there must be a lag with the EE system..
