Hi order the oppo a72 .looking paying payment plan of 38.00 MTH.

But had no confirmation of the item coming to me. Had my phone week ago.

I understand wait for 14days cool off period. But can I have confirmation the deal is still avaib e please.

HI,

I still haven’t received any clarity from anyone at EE on this matter. I seem to be just being passed around with a lot of broken promises from different people. I have been told I have just missed the text but they don't know why as I am eligible.

I have also been told to wait 72 hours for a text by 2 different people and I am still yet to receive on. One of these was last Tuesday (1st) and the other the Tuesday before (24th)

I ordered the phone on the 7th Nov.

Can anyone give me any clarity on the matter.

Since then I have had nothing from DPD or EE. How long does this usually take, as it just says soon?
