Update on order

I upgraded my phone on Nov 7 and am still awaiting my new phone.
Can someone please contact me with an update?

At this rate, I’ll miss out on a 2nd start date for my new contract and will have to wait another month before contract renews, which I know will have an adverse affect on my future upgrade date.

Yes, it was the iPhone 12 Pro, 128Gb in Gold.

That’s a generic answer. I know this already.

Can you please provide me with an approximate date of when I can expect delivery?

It was showing an expected date for this week, but has reverted back to ‘awaiting confirmation’.
