I ordered a pixel 4a with a free 43inch tv last night as part of the black friday deal but have not heard anything about the tv in my order confirmation.

The offer was advertised on the phones web page last night when I placed the order.

Hi, having had numerous online chats and an hour phonecall they confirmed the offer ended on the 3rd of December. Very naughty advertising black Friday deals end 7th and showing the free gifts when you are online!! I am cancelling the contract and looking elsewhere as this is disgusting. Hope this helps!!

Hi Katie,
This was my partners account we got the upgrade on. We ordered the phone upgrade on the 6th. The TV and switch offers were still being shown which surely cannot be allowed if the offers have ended?? Especially saying black Friday deals end 7th December!! There was nowhere stating this offer had ended so we got this phone under the false impression this deal was still on. Very unhappy!!

I made the purchase on Monday 7th of December whilst the offer was on the website. I have now been told 4 different things by four different members of staff.

I was told the offer ended on the 26th November!! A day before black Friday for a black Friday deal??!! Even the manager on the online chat just wouldn't accept that this couldn't be the case. Awful.

@Leekie1977Did you manage to order as the deal was actually extended to the 3rd December, as advised by EE staff on this forum and on the phone when I called.

I ordered my Google Pixel 4a on 27th November and was eligible, the T&Cs document they link to was not updated with the new end date so still says the end date is 26/11/2020, which is poor on EEs part.
