I have been sent an email saying my order was successful however the money is still in my bank account and I haven't heard anything about my order since that initial email. It's been three days. pls help I need my phone for work.

Having same issue. Stock problem I wonder? If confirmation email is given are we guaranteed order?

My order was for a Samsung galaxy A21s. I got the £20 pay as you go pack with it. I honestly couldn’t tell you a colour. I don’t even remember a colour option or memory size option.

The Samsung Galaxy A21s only comes in black with us.

I've checked the stock level and we're currently awaiting more stock. The estimate is that it will be dispatched within 7 days of ordering.

I ordered a A21 Samsung with £20 bundle on the 27th of November. Still waiting for it, almost 14days now...

My order was placed on the 2nd of this month. Still no phone or sim. Is there a way to change the order and pick a different phone that is in stock instead? Maybe that would solve both our problems.
