False delivery delivery date given .

I ordered the iPhone 11 online and chose the red one as I was imformed by the ee rep on the phone that I would receive it the quickest, 5-7days, I had informed him that my own phone was failing fast hence needing one ASAP. Now when I track my order placed on the 3rd is estimated to arrive 14th-19th, me thinks BS is being told, one cancellation coming up, can't wait that long!!!!

I have checked and can see the current guidance for this device is that the phone is available to order and to expect despatch within 14 days from your order date.

Sorry but that doesn't help me at all, I was sold this on the pretence I would receive it within 5-7days or I would have went somewhere else which I am now thinking of doing! Not impressed with this service after being a phone and broadband customer for years.
